I wanted to get a better insight into my health and sleep.I walked for 20 mins a day then do a light cool down with some easy stretching and the tracking from heart rate to calories burned is just as accurate as my Apple WatchI slept in it and I feel like it was more accurate in my sleep pattern and tracking.It’s super light weight and the battery lasts for 2-3 days. The charging case is super convenient, don’t always have pockets to keep it in if I need to take it off.The app is very user friendly.I’ve only had it a few days but I’m satisfied.
